Cancellation Policy
We understand that scheduling adjustments are sometimes necessary, however we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50%of the reserved service amount. Our policy reserves the right to require major credit cards or debit cards for scheduling of all appointments.
No-Shows
Non-cancellations or "NO-SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the original service booked. In the event you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will not be able to schedule future appointments.
Reminders for Your Appointment
As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. We will text and/or email to confirm your services one to two days prior to your appointment. We confirm 24 to 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. However it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.
Children Policy
We write this notice with the utmost respect to all of you parents. Many of our stylists are parents themselves and understand that this can be a sensitive issue. However we are very aware of the risks and dangers a salon poses to a child and would be devastated
if your child was harmed under our roof. In an effort to keep your children safe and to keep the salon environment worry free for all , we adhere to the following policy;
-Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult (other than the person receiving services) and we ask that children stay with that adult in our waiting area and not on the styling floor, where shears, chemicals, and hot tools pose a serious risk to children.
-Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child. We write this notice without the intent of offending, and hope that you will aid us in keeping our salon a safe environment. Please contact us if you have concerns or questions about our policy.
