Hi! My name is Carla, some people call me Izzy. I am a Dallas native, born and raised in the metroplex. I completed my cosmetology education at Paul Mitchell Arlington 3 years ago. I specialize in the 3 b’s -blondes, balayages, and blowouts- but i love letting my creativity out with vivids. 

My mission is to help my clients be the best versions of themselves. In my chair, it is all about YOU! Making you happy makes me happy, the smile at the end makes it all worth it. I can’t wait to meet and work with you guys.??

I was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago. My family relocated to McKinney 8 years ago. I’ve always known I wanted to be a hair colorist!  I went to Paul Mitchel cosmetology school and have been a licensed color specialist for 4 years. I am always trying to continue and expand education by taking classes when I can. Recently I have taken a class by Braggin Beauty and Mane Ivy. 

I love what I do because I make women feel beautiful for a living. When I’m not at work, I am most likely playing soccer with my friends, watching sports with my boyfriend, or hanging out with my family!

I am an avid animal lover who will forever wish every dog and cat had a loving family! I can talk about my pets all day!!

Hi guys! 

My name is Hunter. I’m an extension and curly hair specialist. I was born and raised in a small town in East Texas and I thought I’d give this city life a try. So, I traded my textbooks in for a pair of shears. I had graduated from salon boutique academy and been working in the Plano area since then. I grew up in a family with 3 cosmetologist, so I’ve seen and learned about this industry my whole life. Around 2 years ago, I went from being a pre-med student to turning my hobby into a career. I grew up with naturally curly hair in a family with straight hair, and boy did I not know what I was doing. From years of trial and error, curly cutting classes, and multiple product knowledge classes, curls have become my favorite thing to work with. I got into the hair industry to help people like myself learn to embrace and love their natural texture. Not only do you get a hair cut fit for your texture, but you’ll get a step by step of how to style and what to use for your hair. Look forward to seeing you in my chair!

Hey there! My name is Jennifer but go by Jenna! I was born and raised in Dallas, Tx and grew up with Spanish being my first language. In my free time I enjoy going on car rides with my boyfriend or watch movies, if not, you’ll catch me spending time with my family.

For as long as I can remember, i have always wanted to work in the beauty industry. But before I did that, I wanted to explore other careers. I eventually got my Associates in Science, then went back to school to work on my Bachelors in Business but it was just not for me. I honestly dropped my second day of school and started looking into cosmetology school. I went ahead and enrolled and now I am an Aveda Alumni! I am so happy I was able to find a great team that is willing to help me grow in this industry and I am excited to learn from such amazing stylists.

Hi everyone! My name is Julizma but I go by Julie. I am Dallas raised but 100% Mexican & proud. I’ve always known I wanted to do hair since a very young age & I finally chased my dream and completed my cosmetology course over at Aveda Arts & Institute October of 2023. With all the joy in me I’m very excited for this new chapter I have began here at Republic! I look forward to grow as stylist and create some magic in my chair.

 I specialize in balayage providing beautiful Sun-kissed blonde looks , and jaw dropping vivid hair color for when you're feeling like you're the moment. 

My goal is to always provide a luxury experience for my guest at every reservation with me. I love to create trends not follow them! Hey y'all I'm Verlanda but I go by Vie Vie. I'm born and raised Dallas Texas made! I've been a cosmologisit since 2012. I fell in love with all of the beauty industry from hair, makeup, and skin. The past 10 years I was a Pro MUA at Sephora, worked Drybar for the last 4 years and freelance doing hair. I specialize in extensions, cutting, and blowouts. I've been looking for a salon where I can countine my education, have diversity and be  able to express my skills in a creative beautiful salon. I've been blessed to have find that and more. I’m here to master my skills and become a great colorist and curly hair specialist. My mission is to provide a great professional experience where the client leaves happy and feeling beautiful inside and out.
